I decided to make some chips made out of kale and it's a leafy vegetables are like a cabbage and I've been watching them on youtube. And what they do is they take to kale and they put a little olive oil on it and then a little salt and garlic and cook it in the oven for about 15 minutes. And then when it comes out if these crunchy little pieces of the cabbage. And they taste really good. And so here's some of the pictures that I took while making it.

It seems I've gotten bitten by the bug and started gardening. It's still a little too cold out in the greenhouse but I have started some items they seem to be doing okay. The cabbage, beets and beans seem to be doing okay. The squashes however none of them have come up in the greenhouse. So I made a little greenhouse in the downstairs basement I watched a guy on a Cajun web or something on youtube. And he made a little greenhouse for his garage that look good. So I decided I could make one too. I thought that squashes would take all two or three weeks to come out since it was at about 63° under a grow light. So I planted my seeds went down to Utah to visit family for a week and came back in the little buggers were up 2 inches. They have since gone nuts and are growing great under the grow light. Here's a picture to show what's happened. This is after 7 days.
